合并拦截策略编译表与防火墙策略编译表为scurity策略编译表tsg_security_compile，删除原1.4防火墙策略编译表，tsg_security_compile表的user_region字段的json信息中指定策略的协议信息。代理管控策略与代理缓存策略编译表user_region字段的json信息中指定策略的协议信息。【与tsg_security_compileu格式统一】。完善1.7.7dns应答记录各记录类型的value内容示例说明。
